The Report

Our Mystery Shoppers are trained to record relevant details to assist you in your evaluation. Since each business is different, we work with you to tailor the report to the needs of your business.
The report will be sent to you within a few days of the mystery shopper’s visit. We can also develop monthly, quarterly or annual statistics to show how well your reports (and subsequent operational improvements) are coming.
How often do you need a Mystery Shopper?
It depends. Some businesses have higher visitor frequency, some are seasonal in nature, some have unique staffing, and so on. Whether we visit multiple times a week, monthly, quarterly, etc. it’s a decision we help you make based on your business needs.
Pricing
The mystery shopper will be hidden in the crowd, but additional charges won’t be. Our pricing is all-inclusive and is charged on a per report basis. The price includes your customized report, cost of the service, incidentals, etc.
